Frequently Asked Questions

Registration

Registration is not complete until we have received both a signed application and payment.

We do not deposit checks unless we have space for your child. 

You will receive a confirmation by email, and you may call us anytime at 443-422-2605 to be sure. 

Cancellation

Cancellations before camp begins are subject to a $50 cancellation fee, or loss of deposit.

Refunds may be given at the sole discretion of Musical Stages, but in no case will refunds be made after camp begins. If Musical Stages is forced to cancel the camp, you will receive a full refund; that is the limit of Musical Stages, Inc.'s liability.

Drop-off and Pick-up

Drop-off and pick-up will be tightly controlled, due to Covid-19. 

You may arrive between 9 and 9:30 for drop-off, and between 4:20 and 4:40 for pick-up.

Park at your assigned spot and text the counselor that you are there. Your child will be escorted to and from your vehicle. Please be patient and allow extra time. 

Extended Care

Extended care is only available at our Key School location directly through the Key School. Please see application for more information.

Tax Information

Musical Stages, Inc. is a 501(c)3 tax exempt non-profit corporation. Our Federal ID number is 84-3749722. 


Donations other than tuition are fully tax-deductible and help support our mission of training and providing opportunities for performing artists, of introducing and educating audiences, of expanding public awareness and advancing the American musical theater as an art form.  

What To Bring

A large plastic or metal bottle filled with water. No glass please!

A wholesome lunch and at least 2 substantial snacks (nothing that needs refrigeration or re-heating).

Please try to avoid refined sugar in your food choices.

NOTE: Key School is a "nut-free" camp. No foods containing any types of nuts are allowed. 

What To Wear

Dress in T-shirt or tank top and shorts. Bring a sweater or sweatshirt.

Bring a large, old shirt for use as a painting smock.

Shoes should be fully-enclosed, either dance shoes or sneakers secured with laces or velcro.

NO flip-flops, NO sandals, NO crocs or any shoes that have a slippery sole or come off easily.

On the final 2 days of camp, wear dark shorts with NO lettering. Camp T-shirt will be provided.
