Application Forms
Registration for Mercy High School (7/7-7/18) and The Key School (7/21-8/1) will open January 3rd, 2025!
Please fill out and sign one application per child.
You can email a pdf scan of the completed application form to info@MusicalStages.org (be sure the signature appears on the scanned form)
or mail it to Musical Stage

Balance of payment is due by June 1, 2025
Withdrawals prior to the start of camp are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Refunds may be given at the discretion of Musical Stages, but in no case after the camp begins. If Musical Stages cancels the camp, its sole liability is the full refund of all monies paid.
